Project X Album

This album is like heaven in my ears, if i knew what heaven sounded like of course. If i was to give it a letter ratting then i would give it a solid A plus. The thing I like the most about it is you get verity when you buy the album, which in this world, is hard to get with all the stock cereals, cars, and T.V.s. I always feel like I'm buying the same thing because they all work the same, which is why when you make something unique, you could do well with the this new generation since their always looking for the instant satisfaction. when the movie Project X came out it was like no other movie, which is why everyone love it. in project X you go from Tipsy, a very club type of song, to Fight music, which is very hardcore music. This diversity is very intriguing to someone, like me, who is looking to buy the album. After seeing the movie and hearing the music in it only want me to buy it more.

Me being someone who likes the dance music more, made me like the songs "Pursuit of Happiness' and "Tipsy" from the album. However i was also very fascinated by the beat that was presented in the song, "The Next Episode" by Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg. The song "Heads Will Roll" by the Yeah Yeah Yeahs had a techno beat going on through out the song, which i though was very neat. The song "pretty girls" by wale in the album, in my opinion was better in a remix that i had heard before. Another song that i thought was good was "candy" by Far east movement, i liked how the did a little voice change in the song to make their voices sound different. But i didn't like that they but to go with it, it ruins it like the angry elf on Christmas eve. "Ray Ban Vision" by A-trak is a good song but is old news to me, came out a while back and wasn't very thrilled with it, so when i saw it on the album, i was like remember that song and it got old really fast. For some reason the song, "Le Disko" by Shiny Toy Guns, reminds me of like fire and has like that low dub step ego to it. I don't really mind listening to it every once in a while but it gets annoying after a few times of listening to it. It's a good song to listen to when you have that fiery anger built up inside of you, jut listen to this and you will let some of your anger out. I highly recommend that you listen to this album if you seen the movie project X or if your looking for some good songs for a party because it has plenty of outstanding songs to cover you for a good time. However if you like just some of the songs, iTunes does have song that you can buy separately for the album but not all of them.

  3. First of all, don't look to Derek to help you with your writing problems! He didn't identify any of the myriad errors in this post, and he wrote that nightmarish comment above, which looks like it was composed by a brain-injured baboon! I suppose he did it altruistically, to show just how bad writing looks when it is posted with no care for spelling or proofreading. Anyways, enough about him--what about your own writing?

Hmmm...I'm not impressed by the grammatical accuracy of this post, but the message isn't terrible. You do explore specifically what you like about these songs, and you don't shy from criticizing some aspects of them. That's good. You also wrote past the word count, and that's good, too.

HOWEVER, your message is severely limited by your simplistic and lazy use of our beloved English language. If we were in England right now, I could have you arrested and charged with linguistic abuse, which carries a mandatory penalty of ten years in reform school. A sure way to NOT impress your writing teacher is to avoid capitalizing "I" in the first sentence. That's a dead giveaway that you did not put the level of care into this entry that I expect of you.

Also, you clearly are in the habit of merely right-clicking misspelled underlined words and choosing indiscriminately from the list of words the computer offers you! Break that habit! Writing well requires thoughtfulness, precision, and care, and this entry shows none of those qualities. Also, I gave you the Big 16 sheet for a reason. You need to learn all those usages soon. In fact, you should know them by now. Employ that sheet as a reference tool.

Go back and read some of your own sentences. I'm sure you'll notice some of them make no sense.

A style note: in the future, italicize titles and capitalize all band and artist names. It's done sometimes here, but is very inconsistent.

It may seem that I was harsh on you here, but I can't lie to you about my expectations for your assignments, and I can't stress enough how your writing leaves an impression on the audience. You'll make a better impression on me next time, right? There is always a next time.
