If he had the future knowledge he could have prevent this fetal death from happening. Then when Chris refused to start a signal fire to help him get rescued, for he thought there was no reason to do it. Here chris was just being stubborn and would use the survival tools. If he had some one would have say the flames and rescued him for planes fly over head. Due to his lack of knowledge and use of survival tools chris create a his own death.

The curious incident of the dog in the night time Paper

The curious incident of the dog in the night time by Mark Haddon is a story of a young autistic boys life with divorced parents, named Christopher. As the child narrator, Christopher finds his neighbors dog dead, he goes on an adventure to find the dogs killer. Christopher lives with his dad in swindon because he was told that he mom died in a crash when he was a kid. In looking for the dog, Christopher finds that his mother is still alive and has been trying to contact him but his dad hides it from him. so Christopher decides to run away and visit his mom which lead to the mom and dad fighting over him. in the end his dad scares Christopher and tells him he killed the neighbors dog, so he lives with his mom.

Christopher Boone: Autistic, quick-tempered, fearful, intelligent, timid.

Ed Boone: Drunk, ill willed, lonely, protective.

Judy Boone: Caring, forgiving, hurt, understanding.

Mrs. Shears: Ill tempered, desperate, lonely.

  1. Christopher views the world in a different way then other people, and feels different about situations, If you were in Christopher shoes how would you react? how would you feel?
  2. The death of the dog leads Christopher to the truth behind his moms death. How are the two related to each other?
  3. Mrs. Shears and Christophers dad are both single form divorce, how does this play are role in the book?
From Chapter 5, page 3-4:

Christopher: "I like dogs. You always know what a dog is thinking. It has four moods. Happy, sad, cross and concentrating".

This whole book is based on the life of an autistic child and how he learns and feels. this quote sums most of everything you have to know about autistic kids. Here christopher describes himself. He has four moods through out the book happy, sad, cross and concentration. The correlation between dogs and autistic kids is made in this quote, and through out the book he is trying to find who killed the dog and who his mom is. It turns out that his dad, killed the dog and his dad hide his mom from him. The fact dad has isolated him from his mom is in direct correlation to the his dad killing the dog. The two situations that go on in the book directly connect to each other, the boys life and the life of the dog. One of the main themes of this book is accepting peoples challenges.

Literary Essay

As a kid i was young and innocent, but now I am becoming a man. The years coming up for an kid to a man was a state of maturity. I hit that state when i was thirdteen, it was very different for i was hitting puperty. Everything started to change for me, toys i used to like, didn't care for anymore; foods i didn't like before started to taste good. Just like John, I had a rite to passage in which made me mature. However, Johns journey to the Place of the Gods makes him more courageous, knowledgeable, and independent.

As john traveled to the Forbidden land, he became more couragous. For instance, when john is faced with the fear of dieing as he enters the forbiden land, instead of turning back, he pushes forward. Here john show how his courage and dertermination to complete his task, over takes the fear of dying on his journey. Also, he fact that John is completeing a journey that no eles has done, is impressive and  shows bravery to the hill people. Then when John touches metal after being chased by dogs, only priests can touch metal. John is not yet a priest, but is the son of a priest and since metal is from the place of the dead, he is not suspose to touch it or he might die. But instead, john overcomes death to save him from sure death, the dogs, by touching the metal. Though John's journey, he became more coragous though he experiences with death itself.

After going to the Forbidden land and back to he hometown of the hill people, John has collected a great deal of new Knowledge. For example, when John Finds that they are more technologicly advanced before then in the time he is in. Hunting with bows and arrows now and living in the hills, the hill people are very outdated compared to past where they had guns and lived in the cities. John sees how in the past they had more advanced tools then they had which was confusings to him, in the sense that hill people didn't know about this techonology. Then John finds out that the forbidden land is not filled with gods but normal people. This creates the idea that all the priests have told them about the gods is a lie. John wants to tell all the hill people about this concept but it would create conflict within the tribe.

Macklemore and Ryan Lewis

Macklemore is a rapper and Ryan Lewis is a DJ that met over a beat on Myspace, back in 2006. They both live in Seattle, which gives them an edge because being know as a rapper in that city gives you a big fan base. Recently, these rappers have been on tour and have been selling out shows through out the country. They were both on this years XXL freshman edition with their song "Victory Lap", this just goes to show how good they have become in the recent years. However, in the years coming up, Macklemore battled a substance abuse problem. After high school, he was trying assorts of drugs, but mostly oxycontin and then he hit rock bottom. After living in his moms basement, Macklemore went into rehab and began to work on his music again. In 2005, he released the album "The Language of My World", then in 2009, he released "The Unplanned Mixtape, and then in 2010, him and Ryan Lewis released, "VS. Redux". He then was signed by the label company The Agency group. His first big hit was in 2010, called "The Otherside", this song was cleverly made tell the story of  his struggle with abuse and his developing rapping career, to make one amazing song.

Macklemore is a young rapper that is trying to make his name known coming out of Seattle. After coming of a substance abuse, he has become a devoted, hard working rapper. Many thought that he would never make in the raping world, for he is white and coming out of Seattle. But instead of letting that bring him down, he used it to his advantage. Since not many rappers come out from Seattle, their are not many hometown stars. So he became their idol, and he give back to the fans that make him famous to show his love for them. He throws a pizza party every year for them to show their talents to him. The most popular song for him today is the song "And We Danced", which personally is a very good song but is not his best work. One of the things that I really like about his music is the fact that he puts the piano in his songs.   This is something that I can really relate to for I play the piano. He also throws in a lot of Irish beats which is neat in the sense that it unique and not many rappers do it. My favorite song that is out right now by him has to be "Can't Hold Us", for it has a fast beat that really gets me going. I Also like the song "Wings", that tell about how little kids look up to the famous people. However it also tells about shoes, which I can also relate to because I love buying expensive shoes. The best line from the song is "You are what you wear and we are what we wear", this line is one of those quotes you can write a book on. It is so true and hits it on the dot with kids today, because you can tell what a person is like based on what they wear.

The Interlopers

In the story The Interlopers by Saki, the theme that you should book by its cover is displayed through out.  For instance, at first Ulrich believes that Georg is an ill willed person that just wants to steal land from the Gradwitz family. He goes out one night to find and kill his enemy Georg in the wilderness with a hunting team. Ulrich is so caught up with the passed history between their families that he doesn't realize that maybe the family has changed through its generations. Instead, he just expects that their family is all the same, stuck up and land hungry. Later in the story, Ulrich and Georg are stuck under a tree and finally get to talk to one and other. During their conversation they Ulrich realizes that Georg isn't as bad as he though he was and come to an agreement on the land. Ulrich goes beyond the cover of the book and sees that Georg is just a no marl human being that isn't ill willed and land hungry. Grudging a book by its cover never seems to be a smart idea, and this them is displayed in though the short story.

DreamChasers 2

DreamChasers two is the second mix tape by Meek Mill, that came out with a huge bang. The first mix tape called DreamChasers was a huge success for Meek Mill with over 700, 000 downloads on Datpiff. com. This lead up to the big release of the second album, for weeks many fans of this artist waited for the release of the mix tape on May 7, 2012. Some of its success can also be contributed because of the advertisement and talk about a new Dreamchasers album coming out in the future. This all lead to its success and had work the Meek but into the album. This mix tape got over a total of 2,700,000 down loads which is the most downloaded mix tape on datpiff.com. However it also caused the site to crashes from to many people trying to download it at once.

A day before the release of the mix tape, two songs from the album were released  early adding to the suspense of the mix tape. Both songs i thought were very well produced and cause a lot of chatter of how good would this mix tape really be. Some though that it wasn't going to be as good as the first, but i though it would be better, and to my surprise i was right. In my eyes this was Meek Mills really first big mix tape that is going to get him more download, and or more money in the future. Besides the song "Ima Boss", by him, he has not got much respect in the music industries, but i think this will be his big start. Moving on from here Meek Mill is moved up on my artist list and is now compared to artist like Rick Ross and Tyga. This album has earned him the respect of many new fans and made him very popular in the modern music world.

This song is just filled with very good song that are very underrated. Many of these songs are filled with song that tell the stories of Meek Mills life coming form the getto and how he had dreams of be rich and famous one day, hence the name DreamChasers. My favorite song out of this album has to be the song "ready or not", for it tells how you are either are ready or not for success and some will make it to fame and others for not. this really reaches out to me in the sense that coming up through high school you make choices that can impact the rest of your life and you have to be ready for that. As you walk through that halls you see those kids that were not ready for that pressure and feel into the drugs to help relieve that day to day stress. Other songs like "racked up shawty" and " a1 everything" are very good songs that contain amazing beat that are backed up by rhymes that will blow your mind. If you listen to the lyrics of the song "str8 like that", you will find that Meek mill put some humor in his lyrics which makes it an enjoyment to listen too. overall this mix tape is one of the greatest i have ever listen to and highly recommend downloading it.

Open Response

Carry's punishment of being stranded on another planet for four years is defiantly an example of cruel and unusual punishment. For example, Carry is placed on another planet and left their for over four years with miles of nothing in either direction. Carry's punishment is one that most people have not heard of ever, making it very unusual and unique. Also, the loneliness that Carry if face with, leads him to the breaking point. Loneliness is a killer punishment that often leads many to become greatly depressed and often causes people to kill themselves. This is because victims of loneliness feel unwanted and uncared for. Carry is faced with cruel and unusual punishment, of be stranded on a planet for several years.

Wiz Khalifa

From the start of his music career, Wiz Khalifa has earned the respect of critics and listeners worldwide. His ability to be in most modern musical songs, makes unique and unlike most other writers. Wiz is from the city of Pittsburgh, and came up through the taylor gang, a gang that is in the city of Pittsburgh. He brought lots of fame and glory to the taylor gang, as they are now know throughout out the country.  Although many know Wiz for music, many don't know that he smokes weed almost every day and loves to drink and party as well. He may not be the best person but when it come to music he gets it done. He not only gives back to the fans by give out lots of free music, but he also does a lot of tour and is on the road a lot. Wiz also like his fans to see the life that he live so he has created a series of videos on you to called Daytoday with Wiz Khalifa. Here he shows you what it is like to be a rapper that is rich and famous. Wiz has been on a Bing commercial where he talked about what it is like to be him, coming up from nothing and now shining for the the world to see. After a lot of hard work, Wiz is one of the most popular hip-hop artists in todays day and age.

Wiz Khalifa's career with his grammy nomination, Black and yellow. This song became the number one song of the nation quickly, with the dope beat that is backed up by a clever rap, the song went viral. It was Wiz's first number one song in the nation. The song references his home town and the sports teams from Pittsburgh, with this song he represented his home town, which made it very popular. Many other rappers did remixes of this song to represent their home towns, like Lil Wayne and Wale. This song was on the album Rolling Papers, which was by far his best album yet. Containing songs like "when I'm gone" and "Roll up", very poplar songs, it has the most popularity by far. I like how this album contains a variety of different beats for the songs and how all the song tell about his life. Wiz recently has had a huge   hit called "Young, Wild, and Free" where he calibrated with Snoop Dogg. This song was the number one song for several months strait and showed no signs of becoming unpopular. This song really reached out to the younger group of people in the world, as you can tell by the title. The song tells you about how high school was back when he went. Very recently Wiz has come out with two songs that are in the top ten, "Payphone" and "Work Hard, Play Hard". I don't particularly like these song merely because they have odd beat that don't really fit Wiz' s voice.
